Move south 1 space, and take a defensive fighting stance, shield in front, sword drawn back over the top of the shield. If any foe advances, will simply try to keep them at bay, giving spell casters a chance to do AoE.

I'm assuming you are just taking a defensive stance for this round and a readied action for next round to attack/move in front of a cultist trying to get to a mage. You can still attack defensively this round if you wish. I'll be updating to the next round in an hour and a half, so if you see this before then you can choose to attack for this round as well.

Unless you're doing a Total Defense. But you mentioned specifically defensive fighting so I'll stick with that.

Tebastion felt overwhelmed, but his training kept him focused and determined. He trodded forward shield at a ready, His goal to get close enough to attempt to heal the severely wounded dark elf and keep his attackers at bay.

So...am I able to use a healing kit in combat? Because that seems like all I'm good for at the moment... (panda)

Either way, I'm healing somehow. If a can, then use the kit, if not, I'll use newbie healing to restore 1 point of health.

Uthaal, seeing how drained Viran has become from his spell use, quickly runs back to him. If I can't hit, I can at least support everyone else. That's what I'm best at in the end. "Viran, hold on, I'll see what I can do. With any luck, you can blood spike to your heart's content afterward."

Meanwhile, Uthaal had signaled Din to continue the attack, having him move around and beside Arian to attack the new orcish foe. Quickly, Din lashes out with a venomous bite.
