Range Master [General]
You are skilled at using range weapons to strike vulnerable spots
Prerequisite: Weapon Focus, +1 Base attack bonus
Benefit: When using a ranged weapon in which you have the Weapon Focus Feat you add your DEX Modifier to the damage roll. If you have the skirmish or sneak attack ability the maximum range you make such attacks increases to 60ft.
Normal: Normally you would gain no damage bonus from your Dex modifier.

DM Ruling: Does not stack with composite ranged weapons. For thrown weapons, dex takes the place of str, or whichever is higher. Only applicable to light thrown weapons. Also does not apply to any spell or spell-like ability.
