Joe winces in pain as the hail of gunfire smashes into him he raises Iron Mike and takes aim before firing a shot.

     The bullet smashes through the strut of one of the drone's turbines causing it to flip end over end and crash into the water below.  The other drone, continuing its assault, lets loose another burst of bullets at Joe.

Valkyrie took a few moments more to steady her aim. When the moment was right she pulled the trigger, letting off a burst of gunfire.

     The bullets tear through the surviving drone and it nosedives into the river with a satisfying splash.  The river is once again quiet except for the chugging of the engines and the whirring of the bilge pump.

Valkyrie stood up, cracked her neck, and exhaled. "Jesus Christ. Let's get a move on before more of those show up..."

[Oath]

"Gonna have to take care of that SOS signal, I'll see what I can do." Jing went back to his deck and started to whip up a little something.

Using Spoof Command to tell the boat that its safe. pool of 10, -4 for stuff. Same set up as before.

     The boat accepts your spoofed command and deactivates its SOS call and transponder.

"All's well that ends well, as they say. Boat is enroute to the drop off location and we will have our pay day soon enough." Jing leaned back against the cabin and relaxed as the boat cut through the river, hoping that it was the end of the fighting for the night.

"Hey, I know you are both busy defending the boat and all but I played Punchout with a ghost tonight and this hose is heavy," he called up from the hull doing his best to keep the hose in place while also ignoring the stench of blood and poop.

"It's either hold the hose or dispose of evidence man. By evidence I mean corpses. Which do you prefer?" Valkyrie called down to her neon haired teammate.

"I'll hold the hose." Zephyr grumbled.
