Uptight, shrewd, and unforgiving are just some of the terms that others would describe Sanja. Though in some ways they would be right, it comes mainly from how others see her as and not necessarily how she feels about herself.  She's quick to point out flaws of others even correcting them at times, which occasionally garners her the ire of her peers. She rarely gives any indication that she notices, and some may question whether or not she's simply ignoring their ire. Yet even with her seemingly insensitive responses, at times she would show an uncharacteristic display of empathy.  Going as far as to even surprise and shock some of her acquaintances.

Resolute in her thoughts and beliefs, she doesn't give in so easily though of course she knows when she made a mistake and fully accepts the responsibility of the reconciliation. She puts in a lot of effort to right any wrongs that she perceives, especially if they came from any of her own actions.

She does not easily relate to children or kids as she prefers adults. Children are sporadic without any clear indication of what they may do next. But she can't deny that something about children are appealing; perhaps their innocent nature.

Though she may sometimes act cold she is warm and caring for the people that are close to her. Defending the ones that matter to her through her actions.

She drives herself without needing to be pushed. Likewise she prefers meeting the problem head on rather than "beating around the bushes". She aims for her goal, setting up a clear path on how to obtain it. She becomes almost stubborn in that she is willing to push others around to "stay off her path".
