There was a grove of what looked to be purple-colored fungus up ahead. With how the winding tunnels were like, the grove was about 50 ft. away. However, what gave you pause was the fact that there seemed to be skeletal remains of various creatures scattered about. It was pretty obvious that something about the fungus didn't seem quite right. It had a head of a mushroom. This mushroom grows from a bed of tentacular roots. Deep violet tendrils slither out of the dozens of fissures in its pointed cap.

"Hold up a second." Hanako said, stretching out a hand motioning the group to stop.

This hideous affliction causes 1d4 points of Strength damage and 1d4 points of Constitution damage. This is a poison effect. The save DC is Constitution-based.[/info]

"Give that stuff a wide berth, if they touch you it will melt your flesh. They don't look like they can move quickly so if we keep our distance and focus fire or cast spells that hit an area we can probably get rid of them quickly. Shall we attempt to dispatch them?" Hanako said, warning her companions of the impending danger, she wasn't sure if the strange and deadly fungus was aware of their presence or would simply try to attack them if they got too close.

Hanako began by ordering her golem to take a few steps back, to ensure it wouldn't get caught in the barrage of magic she was about to unleash. "I'm about to cast a large spell over the lot of them, if you could follow up with something similar that would be a good start to this." she said to Trudy. "Remember not to let them touch you." she reminded the group, then began to cast.

"Dark skies fraught with Levin's light, rend the earth with thunderous fury! Rakurai!"

Trudy followed up with her own spell shortly after.

"Come forth, Wasser! Freezing storm, 『Blizzard』!"

Your 《Rakurai》 struck out, following by Trudy's 《Blizzard》. Before the fungus realized they were being attacked, Kari used her own spell as well.

"Mine Goddess, Darkness. The licking flames of the all-devouring serpent. Ever will thee burn and render in Hatred's Grasp. 《Darkfire》!"

A dark ball sprung from Kari's outstretched finger, it sped quickly and exploded at the same time the other two spells took effect. As lightning scorched the targets, the temperature of the area dropped extremely low, instantly applying frost to a localized area. With the addition of the darkness spell, even though the attack looked like it was made out of fire, though dark-hued, brought down the rest of the fungus.
