"So we are going to make sure our maps are up to date before we head out with Thalia-sama?~" Rei asked her mother and father, in between moving stuff around. Their house was small and always cluttered. Books, paper parcels and the likes could always be found somewhere nearby. Sometimes even on the floor or mistakenly used as a hot cup of tea's resting place. The Momochi clan had gotten some help recently, loading a wagon down with important family heirlooms, books and the likes that they were sure the Familia would need once they arrived in Orario. Of course her parents wanted to oversee the transportation of such documents, so they left Rei in charge of taking the route's map and making sure it was still up to date.

A route was important, to know the dangers and conveniences of a journey, but also to make a consistent traveling path that others could follow. If someone got lost, all they had to do was backtrack or send a search party. More so, this was important because once they left the village, the villagers that would follow after- would also use this route. That meant they would need to slay monsters along the way, clear blocked paths and many other dangerous or tedious tasks like this. As the majority of the villagers were not combat type familia members, it rested on the Vanguard and the Escort team's shoulders to make sure that their Goddess and familia could arrive safely and in an acceptable amount of time.

Rei watched as people walked back and forth across their little house and yard. Some held boxes of books, some carefully stacked maps and bound them with leather string. "Well, I'll be in the study reviewing these maps. You will know where I'll be if you need me." she said to her parents as she picked up a large stack of maps herself. These maps were of various ages. Some very new and some quite old. She needed to compile the data on the maps and maybe even verify some of the details. Not personally, but maybe ask some of the other seasoned adventurers for their insight over certain areas of the map that she was not accustomed to. This would take her quite awhile to complete. Good practice for her job in Orario once they arrived.

Appearance
Rei is a young woman of Far Eastern descent, the pseudo-Japan of Danmachi. Barely old enough to be considered an adult in the lands, she stands at 5'6" and weighs a modest 120lbs. She has fairly pale but healthy skin, due to most of her time spent inside studying stories about monsters instead of playing outside in the sunshine. She has long raven black hair, that reaches easily to her waist. Her eye color is that of a light brown, inquisitive and always curious to things around her. Her regular clothing is that of her heritage, often kimono of various colors. When dungeoning however, she prefers to wear darker clothing and more form-fitting for movement and stealth.

Personality
Ever the curious girl. Rei prefer to spend her time observing others or studying books, rather than interacting with people. She secretly likes stories about heroes and monsters, but only because of the monsters. She finds them fascinating and dazzling-s o much so, that as a child, she grew up with her love for monsters becoming an obsession. She is typically cheerful but reserved around other humans. She talks when necessary or has something to say. If monsters are involved however, she opens up more and is far more happy and cheerful.

Biography
Being of a Far Eastern descent, Rei's parents traveled the lands and eventually settled in Thalia Village. Rei's mother had a brother which traveled the world before them and suggested Thalia Village to the couple. This is where they started their family of three, bearing a single daughter and naming her Rei Momochi. Proud of their family heritage, they instilled their heritage into their daughter at a young age. Not wishing to see their ways and customs end in these new lands.

Rei was raised as a young lady with respect and proper boundaries, yet it was her Uncle Yugiro who influenced her the most. As a Ranger, he often came to visit his sister and her family. Each time he would visit, he would bring wonderful and sometimes frightening stories with him. These stories were mostly about his days and experience as a Ranger, hunting monsters and the likes. On several occasions, he would bring small books back for Rei so she could read the stories herself. It was from these interactions with her uncle that the girl took a strange liking to the monsters in the stories and not the heroes.

Ideals Rei wishes to get stronger and explore all of the levels in the dungeon to find lots of monsters to befriend.

Bonds Rei has small family ties in her hometown, Thalia Village. Her mother and father and their goddess, Thalia. In addition to these, she also has her Uncle Yugiro, a traveling Ranger who visits from time to time.

Flaws Rei hates killing beasts, even if she sees the importance or necessity in it. She dislikes those who gloat or brag about what kind of monsters they've slain. She can become quite obstinate and rude to these kinds of people.

Intellectual capabilities: Rei is fairly normal in this regards. He observes many things but cares too little to actually apply himself to fix things unrelated to him or those close to him.
Physical capabilities: Rei spends his free time playing videogames but he maintains his body. He goes to the gym three times a week to stay fit and attractive even though he's remained single for several years.

Biography: Rei is a young man in his med-twenties. He was raised in a strict environment and eventually joined the military for several years. Off and on his whole life, he thoroughly enjoyed playing videogames and making friends online. During one such online adventure, he made friends with (Lucy's character). The two kept in touch through videogames and sometimes emails, even going to meet each other in-real-life on occasion. It was one of these trips that marked the end of their world and the adventure of a new world. The two had agreed to meet somewhere and purchase the newest expansion to their favorite game: however, they had an unfortunate accident before they could buy the game. The bullet-train they were riding, derailed and crashed, killing many of the passengers- including Rei and (Lucy's character).
