Basic Information: with the untimely death of His Imperial Majesty akihito, HIM Hirutakan (Hiruta for short) assumed the throne. With his succession, a new cabinent was formed and a prime minister chosen. Using a mix of lucrative tactics and back room politics, HIM Hiruta gained the power to do as he pleased within his powers, and soon used his power to change how the constitution addressed the emperor through careful wordin and loop holes tha only he and his cabinent could use. Within five years after his coronation, His Imperial Majesty acquired enough power to control most of the government, except the parliament. However, using loyal spies and bribes, he does have dirt on most of his opponents and their backers, ready to use it at any time.

With the hidden rebirth of the imperial power, Hiruta plans to expand his lands power back to what it once was, by ant means nessasary.
