Feel free to split up this topic for questions if you want. Anyways some questions.

Does this take place before or after the events of DQ? In terms of chronology?

Does this have any effect at all with DQ? (Exp transfer? items/equips?) Since we're using the same character.

Also anything on how skills work? Leveling up? etc?

It has nothing to do with DQ just making a suggestion for people who don't want to create a character. 

Spell:1d2 - 1d8 depends what you using for them and 1d20 for successful hit, or opponent saves himself/herself from attack.

Level up will depend on ep, each party member gets whatever the ep for kill is. Im not going to be splitting it up among each.
