Stepping forward, and using that momentum to carry you through, you pierced your sword straight into its chest. It must have been an artery or something vital, as blood gushed forth as the creature roared. Your blade and arms red with gore, the enchantments of your weapon activated as well, searing into the creature's vitals as crackles of lightning continued to be released from the attack.

It cried one more time, but eventually stopped moving.

However, for whatever reason, this time, the creature did not vanish.

A second later, you notice its wounds close up, and a deep grumbling emerged forth from the beast as it raised itself up again. You hardly registered the movement as its 5 heads came snapping at you in quick succession. You pulled out your shield just in time, blocking the heads, and narrowly dodging the large fangs that snapped at you.

As the beast rose up again. You quickly and mercilessly ended its futile attempt. The attack was tremendous as you had almost cut the upper part of its body in the attack. A flash of light appeared however, and soon enough the creature was taken away.

Let me know if you want to go to next round, and also state all your preparations that might be different than what your character sheet marks as default. Eg, abilities for use, healing potions bought, spells prepared and available, manuevers readied and available, etc. Spells that have at least a 1+ hour duration can be pre-cast. Please verify the status log below before we start.

An hour later as the arena was cleared up and you ushered back in, on the other side of the arena was a large creature of some sort. From your point of view, it looked like some sort of pile of flesh and blubber. It looked rotting, though you couldn't quite decide if it was undead or not. The most prominent feature of this rotting blob of flesh was a large and gaping maw filled with sharp teeth. There was a much larger crowd than even last match, and though it wasn't quite as full as during the time the Tournaments ran, it was getting there.
