I'll roll it for everyone even though not everyone has made their save. If the two people that haven't gone yet successfully save, just ignore it.

Remember that this damage is nonlethal. If your HP becomes 0 when you have nonlethal damage, you still fall unconscious, but you are automatically considered stable (that is, not dying) unless the total amount of lethal damage exceeds your maximum HP.
