Pfft, what an idiot -- Hey, why's he glaring at me

Prerequisite: Must be able to think and speak

Effect: A person who thinks aloud almost always mutters what they're thinking, and if they are thinking something particularly annoying or interesting they will tend to shout it aloud. The DM decides at what times you are heard mutttering, which can be annoying when attempting to bluff or convince someone of something. Additionally, characters with this flaw get a -2 on move silently, hide, bluff, and diplomacy checks.

Benefit: Bonus Feat.
