Weight: 140 Age: 17 Eyes: Light Blue Hair: Black Costume: white and light blue The suit worn by Jin is based purely from his imagination. His father often said he had his head in the clouds. When Jin was a young boy he drew his own comic book. The hero?s costume resembles the one he now wears today.

Powers: Alter Physical Structure: Air With a thought, the character can become a vapor or a gaseous cyclone of swirling wind and dust. This grants the player the ability to fly makes him impervious to most physical attacks and grants him control over the very fabric of air. As a vapor or swirling wind, the super being can travel through air ducts and vents, subway grates, leaky steam pipes, and manhole covers, as well as through cracks under doors and any opening large enough for a vapor/mist to enter. Inherent to APS: Air a.   Partial Intangibility: The character?s body cannot be struck or harmed by any solid objects; this includes punches, kicks, swords, blunt weapons, bullets, arrows, cars, falls, etc. b.   Conditional Invisibility:  While in gaseous, vaporous form, the character is completely invisible, provided he remains totally still. Once the character moves, he is clearly visible as a floating vapor with a vague human shape, or becomes a swirling mass of air, like a mini-whirlwind in humanoid form.  c.   Particle Repair: The character?s body is composed of ionized air particles. With great amounts of concentration the character can absorb particles in order to repair physical damage to the body. This takes time and only works on the character. The ability?s time is reduced based on the lack of air or air quality. Minor Powers: Minor Power: Speed ? The ability to manipulate air currents allows the character to move faster than those around him. The speed capability is accessed with or without APS form. Minor Power:  Elemental Control: Air ? The user psychically directs air molecules. Can compose bursts of winds, spawn tornadoes, vacuums without air, also can generate breezes, tendril like arms of ensnaring and gusts. When combined with APS the more drastic effects become possible such as: whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes. The user can manipulate pressure in the air molecules in order for the air to become extremely dense. This is one of the most dangerous aspects of Air Manipulation. Travel: Fly Bio: The Kasarugi family had been prominent land owners for centuries outside of Hiroshima. Jin?s grandfather Ren?ki Kasarugi had fought in the attack on Pearl Harbor. The karma for such an act would come later in the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. The effects were devastating however the Kasarugi clan endured. A new development came when Jin?s father, Hitomi Kasarugi was born with the ability to manipulate lighting. His father?s powers were kept secluded by the clan as others began to develop powers as well. The years passed and those with powers attempted to live normal lives and so too did Hitomi. He found his life complete with his wife Yuriko. Her family had also developed powers and those within the community feared to intermix with those not of special potential. The years passed when at last Yuriko conceived giving birth to their first and only child Jin?ki. When he first took a breath from his mother?s womb the air in the room responded to his presence. The effects were minor but the parents knew their child would also be special. Jin?s life was like any other child?s filled with exciting adventures, an enormous imagination and training not only of his powers but of the mind. He learned the arts of the ninjitsu as his father insisted it was not only his birthright but a focus to control the demon within. Science would later reveal their powers were mutations of DNA but those steeped in tradition seldom understood such things. At the age of 15 Jin?ki was shipped away to Capitol city, to live with his grandfather Ren?ki Kasarugi. The word had come in the night and everyone caught that day by the Japanese government would be rounded up and shipped off for testing. The excuse came in the false reports of radiation spikes within the community. Everyone was taken save Jin, thanks to his mothers precognitive abilities she was able to protect her son. His powers and memories were repressed by Yuriko to protect him from being discovered. His grandfather knew of the vengeance in Jin?s heart and has instead forced him to train everyday and placed him into school to keep his mind and body busy. No matter how hard he may try the truth within his heart shall never be swayed. The memories have begun to return if only in pieces. This could mean his mother has weakened or he has simply become stronger. No matter what the reasoning Jin is often plagued with nightmares remembering events but not able to truly decipher them upon waking. His ability to understand and control the winds has slowly returned but only in pieces up to now. With that knowledge, Jin slips out at night from time to time trailing the police and mysteriously helping from the shadows. Deep within he has a driving desire to protect and help even if the reasons are hidden from his mind. When not pretending to be a vigilante or pursing his ever evolving education, Jin?ki likes to just let go and have fun. He is often in trouble with his grandfather, slacking in school, drawing comics, skateboarding, day dreaming and on occasion sneaking into clubs, which with a little power usage is quite an easy feat.
