Subject, male, pronounced dead at scene. Lacerations from a serrated blade cover head and neck. Left radial shattered, five inch laceration runs the length of the inner arm. Subject's genitals have been removed, not recovered, clotting indicates castration prior to death. Cause of death, massive blood-loss.

REDACTED began residing on the street, earning petty wages as a code-writer for low end security software. Income was supplemented by acts of cybercrime including but not limited to BTL chip manufacture, petty larceny, misdemeanor, and cyberfraud. REDACTED miraculously has eluded capture for the last three years and is still at large. Weyland-Yutani Private Investigator's have traced her to a street level slum apartment rented under the assumed name Yamada Hanako (Jap. name structure).

P.I. reports indicate she suffers from insomnia, compounded with a mild addiction to the substance Long Haul. REDACTED's matrix sim activity often is recorded with log times of 18+ hours per day. Other behaviors observed include, but are not limited to firearm practice and maintenance and cybertech research.

REDACTED is known to be a cybertech fanatic, having ocular implants herself, conversations intercepted and recorded from MRC (Matrix Relay Chat) applications indicate that she has a strong desire to remain "Perfect and young forever" through heavy cyberization.

Generally regarded as reclusive and cautious REDACTED has little or no regular contact with other persons. The exception being a small time dealer in illicit substances known as "Little" Rico Soto. Their relationship has been likened to that between siblings, although Soto affords her an enormous amount of professional respect.

REDACTED's personality has been observed as "brusque" and "straightforward", but is not incapable of humor. Subject has also been seen engaging in "flirtatious" social engagement with other individuals. Possible homosexual tendencies have been observed.

Local knowledge of REDACTED is generally limited, other than her physical description of a "Half-Asian girl of slender build, with short blue hair, and glowing blue cybernetic eyes" other local description limited to "cute, but mean".
