If you want to play, then make a character! No limits on the number of players involved.

Post your character sheet under The Roster thread. The subject title should include your character's name. Go ahead and open the Character Template page, since you should read that right after reading through this topic.

If you're familiar with D&D 3.5 or Pathfinder, just use the template of any of the other characters. If you're new to this, just write down details of the character. I'll probably get in touch with you and ask you questions to more refine the character into D&D terms.

You may choose to include a bio or description, or anything else you can think of.

New Character
If you're making a new character you don't have to start from the complete beginning. We'll take your character with the highest exp, and half that number will be the current exp of your new character. New characters also get free exp depending on how far other characters are. The minimum level of the guild will increase as time goes on. Roughly about +1 level per year. This is so that we're not always stuck running level 1 campaigns, and this also accommodates the drop-in/drop-out goal we had in mind.

Some Background Requirements
Your character is part of "The Guild of Galas'nor". Which is an adventuring guild. It's known for doing all sorts of feats, being helpful, and having some of the most strongest people as their members. You can assume your character is familiar with the others.

Being in a guild, also requires you to display the guild emblem somewhere on your person (or body). A cloak, a shield, the front of the armor, a sword, a tattoo, etc. Be sure to mention which item you have equipped, or where you have, this emblem.

Characters should preferably be neutral or good aligned, and have some sort of motivation or reason on joining the guild.

Setting
The world is almost a generic fantasy world. That said, it's a homebrew campaign setting that's completely custom, though borrows heavily from any and all sources, so anything should be fine. There isn't a whole lot written about the setting, though if you're curious enough there's a section here for it: http://forums.fantasyworldcreations.com/the-world-of-elodria/

Getting Started
Once you've created your character you're ready to start! Contact any of the DMs to update the experience and inventory threads, then take a look at the Mission Board to see if any are open.

Likewise, to view a list of the current join-able missions please take a look at: http://forums.fantasyworldcreations.com/mission-board-(ic)/active-missions-to-join
