Sehra sits along the wall, with a still racing heart and quite embarassed, collecting her thoughts after her harrowing, nearly fatal incident, watching as Buragan angrily attempts to clean himself. She gets into her pack and collects a coffee bean and places it in her mouth, then, upon Noland checking on her, she picks herself up, puts on a smile and says "I will be fine, but I do appreciate your concern." She then looks over to Lydia and says "And thank you very much for the assist, I may be shaken, but at least that means I'm still moving". She then says to the whole party "I am ready to move on when you are".

Shouldn't Buragan have been able to detect the scorpion coming? He has the scent http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/special-abilities#TOC-Scent ability, or does that require an action to use? Or was it because the scorpion upon entrance and thus we were still so close to the door that it could still surprise him?

According to https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/animals/felines/cat-great/lynx-tohc/ my animal companion weighs from 20-40 pounds, if it was not an animal companion, but it seems the rules for an animal companion version of an animal are usually different than a beastiary version?

Now..." I say getting back to my feet "let us return to our comrades, the need us as much as we need them."
