Kid Cudi is a rap artist signed to Kanye West's label. This song was present on Kid Cudi's "A Kid Named Cudi" mixtape. He samples the beat from the following song:

That's the reason he never released it on his album.

The only rap artists i listen to are eminem, beastie boys, a little of rage against themachine, and a bit of some others.
