Day 4 ...?
Moonlight shone overhead, its rays peeking through the cloudy skies, gently illuminating the unconscious body of the captain of Dian Cecht familia. There was a dull feeling of pain on your arm as you felt the cool touch of air gently caress your face and locks of hair. Slight tinges of pain would be felt whenever the blowing winds from the plains would ruffle the clothes covering your wounds.
That feeling of the wind was cold.
Too cold. It was indeed autumn, yet the bite of the wind felt colder to you than normal. It wouldn't have taken long to realize that you had been sweating since the time you had gone unconscious. The liquid acting to cool your body down more than anything. Already your clothes were starting to be damp in sweat. It was at that same moment too that you realized your armor had been taken off. There was no more heavy weight around your body, just your own clothes, and other things too.
Bandages.
You wake up slowly, the first sight before you was a fully armored man.

Ciara laid there trying to open her eyes. She squinted in the light and tried to move. Pain shot throughout here body as she struggled. She was suddenly aware of her lack of armor and sword she tried to look around in almost a panic. "Where am I?"
your safe now don't worry not far from your battle with the axe beak
your horse did not make it had to bury it
Ciara's Perception: 9
You immediately saw a pile containing your armor, weapons, and bags you had with you a short distance away. There was a campfire set as well along with a one person tent neatly setup. A horse was tied to a nearby tree, though, it wasn't yours at all. That particular horse didn't look quite as large or heavy as the one you rode. Lastly, there was a pile of dirt near that same tree the horse was tied to. It looked like someone had buried a hole there, then covered it back up with loose soil.
Ciara roll 10 Defense checks, to determine time you actually wake up, so we can figure out how much time has passed. I may not use all rolls, or I may ask for more, depending on your rolls. There is a chance this scene takes place early in the evening where there is still light, or even way late in the night.

You wake up Late Evening of Day 4. You should realize that your group should have made it to the town of Tyresia hours ago.
Ciara put her hand around her neck around her neck feeling for her holy symbol. Feeling it, she slowly made her way to her things. "Thank you for saving me. The horse can be replaced but I don't assume I wouldn't have survived." She stopped for a moment and turned to the man. She held a hand out towards him, Ciara Breathnatch, captain of the Dian Cecht familia."
Is her holy symbol in the pile?
The holy symbol is around your neck.
Allen law pleased to meet you he shakes her hand what are you doing all the way out here alone? And fighting these things they are axe beaks but there is something profoundly diffrent about them almost as if they aren't alive at all
"I was escorting a shipment of potions to Tyresia. We were on the road when the axe beaks showed up. One gave chase and we tried to outrun it but I got separated. So I drew the bird away and meant to put it down." She paused and looked at the wound on her arm. Her expression seemed to be a mix between shame, disappointment, and anger. "I Was overconfident. I didn't realize the extent of its disease until it was too late."
She sat there holding her arm briefly before slowly but surely standing up. "Thank you again for saving me! If you would accompany me to Tyresia I can personally make sure you are rewarded. How many days have I been out?" She began to gather her gear but was obviously struggling.
by my count about 4 days you've been asleep I would gladly help you finish transporting your goods we can use my horse
"They should be at the village by now. I will take the help getting there myself, though. Thank you! We should probably get ready to head out soon." She started to slowly get her armor on. "What brings you out here? Do you live in the area?"
just on the way back from visiting my mother Allen starts packing as well
"Which way towards Tyresia? We can't be more than half a day's ride, right?" She was grabbing her breastplate and slowly putting it on. It was difficult with the pain and soreness but she managed without complaining.
Either of you can roll Knowledge (geography) or Survival. If you guys had a map (50 gp), that will give you a bonus to that roll.

Ciara's Survival (distance towards Tyresia): 25
Given the fact you were unconscious, and seeing the lack of a wagon that you might have been placed on, you suspect that you weren't far from your original location. The area was reminiscent of where you had been when the axe beak attacked, and likewise you could make the assumption that Tyresia was a half day's ride towards the southeast.

Allen's Survival (distance towards Tyresia): 23
Your journey visiting your mother gave you some insight on the rough locations of various towns and villages along the way. The town of Tyresia is perhaps a 4-5 hours to the southeast following the main road.
yeah should only be about half a day or so should be easy enough to find
Ciara nodded as she grabbed the rest of her gear. "Yes, let's get going." She then began to follow the main road in the direction of Tyresia.
wait Ciara I just realized it's actually quite dark away from the fire we should wait for dawn I don't think my horse is ready to move he needs a little rest I could go for a rest also Allen yawns I know you want to deliver your potions but it would be better if we died in the dark
Ciara just then realized that it was indeed dark. She looked up at the night sky and thought to herself how she could have sworn it was much brighter a moment ago She shook her head. No, she thought to herself, she must have taken a harder blow to the head than she originally thought. She turned around and slowly started to remove her armor again. She was too tired to argue knowing the man was correct. She allowed herself a brief moment of weakness knowing her companions were miles away. As she laid her gear down she looked the man over and actually studied him for the first time.

Looking to see what gear he has and if he is carrying any identifying iconography or or something that gives clues of who he is?
no he's not wearing anything that would tell you that he's clad in scale mailed that looks very nice wears a helmet very muscular and relatively tall for a human
Perception: 13
As what Kerrick describes.
You do know that finding the allegiance of any adventurer could be found by seeing the falna on one's back. However, that sort of information is usually kept secret. Though it was considered rude, and against the policy of the Guild back in Orario, there was a chance Allen may have seen the falna on your own back when you were unconscious. You were indeed undressed off your armor at least.
"So where are you from? You came to visit family so I assume you're heading home?" Ciara grabbed her pack and rummaged through until she found her rations. She pulled out some hard tack and began slowly eating the dry, bland biscuit.
yes just on my way back to orario Allen grabs a snack from his pack I was visiting my mother she's getting older now
so the axe beak that attacked you any ideas why it already seemed dead before I killed it
Ciara shook her head as her brow furrowed. "I did not get much of a chance to study it. We saw it in the distance then it charged at us."
She took a few more bites before dusting her hands of crumbs. "So you live in Orario? What do you do out there?"
well I didn't want it coming alive again so I burned it as far as what I do I am part of a familia I make armor sometimes and also want to go into the dungeon eventually
Ciara's eyebrow raised with a bit of interest. "Is that so? What family are you a part of? Perhaps I've worked with them before." She straightened up a bit as the stranger all of a sudden became a bit more interesting.
having just met you I don't think I'm ready to tell you that just know I am part of a familia and I'm a balcksmith sometimes perhaps once I get to k ow you more I would let you in on that information
She gives the man a very confused look but decides not to push it further. "Very well. I suppose we should get some sleep. I'll take the second watch." She then gets up and prepares to take her watch. "You should get some sleep. I'm leaving first thing in the morning."
Just to verify, I thought we decided Ciara is not going to be resting, only Allen will be, Ciara is already fully-rested, having been knocked out and slept for a few hours straight since. I'll proceed with that, but lemme know if you want it otherwise.
