Swallowed Whole

You found yourself at the edges of the city, though still within the city walls, and one of the few places in Ternadan with a sizeable park. The park was perhaps the most pristine place in the city, and it even included a small man-made lake filled with all sorts of flora and and wildlife. It was maintained by the hired wizards of the city council. They kept the waters in good condition, along with the few structures that were included in the park. Things like benches, chairs, and a small dock that peered over the waters.

It was on this dock that you saw some kids feeding ducks bread, as well as a man tearing his hair, continuously shouting to no one in particular. The man was well-built, he had long white hair, lustrous even. In fact, it was probably even more luscious than a certain methuselan's hair.

"No, no, no, no!" He said. He seemed to be agitated as he paced back and forth on the dock, both looking at the ducks on the water right below the docks, as well as occasionally glaring at the two children throwing the bread into the lake for the ducks to pick up and eat.
