Simon the somewhat eccentric tailor smiled to himself as he looked at his handiwork. He had created an outdoor catwalk sprawling directly out of his store front window. He had been working for months in creating a stunning new line of clothing that would take the world by storm. And the other shop keepers around town called him a fool for buying that retractable glass window. No one else seemed to have his vision, his discerning he for all things that are beautiful. Well they would all know of Simon's genius by the end of the day. He had cleared out the street front and were luring in passers by with flashy alchemical lights he had mad to signify the beginning of the unveiling of his new fashions.
then who would be the fools!

"Finally the stage is set the cloathes and this years show is going to be Fab-ul-ous! Eat your hearts out Merchants Guild! Now I just need some really confident models who can catch peoples eye!"

Kryas smiled as he stood back stage. He had picked out the clothes he was wearing himself despite some of Simon's protests and alterations he had to say that the tailor out did himself. The half elf was wearing a jacket made of some darker leather and had some metal etchang all along the back in the shape of the symbol for water the tailor also had some how procured some silk from the eastern continent and had weaved it into a beautifully done under shirt. The jacket had a number of pockets and compartments for spell components  The pants matched the jacket though it had a number of more leather straps and pockets. The whole style mixed a number of different cultures from all across the world.

Kryas was really quite impressed with what Simon had created. No wonder the man had been hounding him for months asking all kinds of questions about the places he had visited and how people dressed. It was nice to see his random knowledge had come to good use. He walked on the catwalk with a smile to all the people that had gathered around winking playfully at some of the girls. He did not see Serena how ever she normally would appear in the crowd watching him act the play boy simply smiling.

Callista Fae

Being a creature fond of nature, the faerie of the guild had gone through all of the clothes Simon had prepared and picked out those that fit the natural look best... He had to make quite a few alterations, considering her max size, but it would totally be worth it. Everyone would want some of this fashion after they saw her modelling it! He wouldn't be able to keep the merchant guilds stocked! Of course, it was no mushroom dress. Nor was it a leaf shirt and skirt. Or even a grass skirt. Seriously, didn't the tailor know anything about making clothing from nature? Maybe she should give him some lessons. Her mother was a faerie tailor, after all.

Oh, but that was beside the point. Walking on the catwalk, Callista went for the happy-go-lucky cute little girl look. Pausing at the end, she fluttered her visible wings and winked. Wait... something was missing. Maybe people didn't like it? ... Well, too bad! They would now! Striking one more pose, the faerie used her one of her special faerie abilities, Dazzling Beauty. That would certainly WOW the crowd, wouldn't it? Oh, yes, indeed!
Dazzling Beauty: All creatures within 30 feet of the Faerie who look at her must make a Will save (DC=10+1/2 faerie's character level + faerie's charisma modifier). Those who fail the save are dazzled for one round.
Annia Siadon

#7
The knight had skipped over the fashion show when it was first announced by Simon. She had to admit that looking feminine intrigued her. She was always found to be in her heavy suit of armor, and rarely did she let herself be seen in public without the armor of the Golden Dawn. Yet a fashion show was just something she felt was out of her league. At least until Aria insisted. Then there she was, dressed in some sort of leather, with orange clothes styled in various places to complete the look. True, it wasn't the metal she was used to, but she had asked to model this particular one because to her it seemed more sensible.

The paladin made her way up to the stage, sighing as she thought of her friend Aria. It was due to her insistence and suggestion that she should try out for the fashion show. Though, to be perfectly honest, insistence was probably the wrong word. Her elf friend had a way of requesting things, and when Aria mentioned the fashion show as well as how pretty Annia must be, the suggestion was clear enough.

"You would be pretty. Very pretty! For this fashion show, mhm mhm." The elf had said. And of course who was Annia to disagree. The knight always kept her word and promises, and if Aria said so, then surely there some truth there.

When Annia appeared on the stage, she quickly activated a spell, and a moment later a gust of wind started to form around her, lifting her up in its vortex, levitating her to the center stage. At the same time, Annia had begun slowly twirling, her sword unsheathed and stretched out; her form arching in gentle circular motions.

The knight had opened a pouch then as well, its contents spiraling down in the vortex of her spell. Immediately the dust that she released flashed into vibrant purple hues, glowing and outlining the winds as they circled around her. When she was finally about to land on the center of the stage, she made one flourishing gesture, weaving her sword in a full arc just when her feet touched the floor. The purple and glowing wind around her lingered for a moment longer until it too vanished.

The knight smiled as she inwardly thanked both her room-mates. Her appearance on the stage as well as the spectacle itself would have never happened without their help.

Craft Faerie Dust

Faerie Fire
Evocation [Light]
Level:   Drd 1
Components:   V, S, DF
Casting time:   1 standard action
Range:   Long (400 ft. + 40 ft./level)
Area:   Creatures and objects within a 5-ft.-radius burst
Duration:   1 min./level (D)
Saving Throw:   None
Spell Resistance:   Yes

A pale glow surrounds and outlines the subjects. Outlined subjects shed light as candles. Outlined creatures do not benefit from the concealment normally provided by darkness (though a 2nd-level or higher magical darkness effect functions normally), blur, displacement, invisibility, or similar effects. The light is too dim to have any special effect on undead or dark-dwelling creatures vulnerable to light. The faerie fire can be blue, green, or violet, according to your choice at the time of casting. The faerie fire does not cause any harm to the objects or creatures thus outlined.

Beauty? Everything was in the eye of the beholder was it not? Something like beauty degraded over time anyways, isn't that just a bit unfair to the older generation? Kryas, Annia. All these young ones.

"BUAHAHAHA!" Golas laughed at the observation. If someone were watching him, it would have seemed as if the large man just suddenly burst into laughter, perhaps with a couple of choice words to describe the giant's mental health. The man grinned however uncaring for such things as he strode up to the stage, wrapped around his heavy red cloak. He had a knowing grin, as he applauded for each of the participants who came up, cheering at each of the guild members and booing loudly at all the other contestants who weren't guild members. This time however, it was his time to shine. As he took the center stage he roared.

"I am Golas Rorn!"

"The strongest!"

"The handsomest!"

"... of the Guild of Galas'nor."

Neko

Nyaoko had yet to really participate much, as far as festival activities went. She had done her best to be friendly, however, the nekomimi couldn?t help but shy away at times. Her issues with communication had proven to be more difficult than expected. It showed even more so as the town tailor, Simon, had managed to talk Nyaoko into?something. She wasn?t entirely sure what was going on, only that the flamboyant tailor had continuously brought up the words ?fashion show.?

?Fashion..? For whatever reason, she?d been unable to connect the word back to her own language. She sighed inwardly, but with how excited Simon seemed to be, she couldn't help but go along with it. Next thing she knew, she?d been shoved into multiple dresses, before the man claimed he?d found her the ?perfect one?.

Standing back stage, she took a closer look at the dress he?d chosen. It was quite cute, Nyaoko thought. A large red gem accented its fluffy collar. The dress was fairly loose, something fitting for summer ? Cute and comfy, is how she?d describe it. On top of that, Simon had tied a large ribbon in her hair, driving the cute aspect even further. Her only real complaint was that longer dresses such as these covered her tail.
Familiar faces stood beside her, all dressed in something different, but also similar. Had Simon created all of these?

?Go go go!?

Before she knew it, the cat was shoved onto stage. She kept her footing, though. Nyaoko had watched those go before her, giving the cat a decent idea of what she?d need to do.

Nyaoko strode down the runway with an expected cat like grace, not missing a beat. Reaching the end, she twirled around twice, the dress shifting beautifully around her legs while the gems on her collar caught the sunlight. One hand rested lightly on her hip as she made her way back ? She exuded confidence.

With that the fashion show had ended some of the crowd was still dazzelled by the faerie's performance on stage, but Simon the one who really mattered would fall for no such cheep trick in regards to his own fashions. Once the people in the show had been properly hosed downd he stepped out in front of the crowd.
