Unusually Formed Body [General]
There are parts of your body that are different from most other humanoids. This makes using gear that you have plundered, or shopping for clothes, unusually difficult. For example, a lizardfolk has lizard-like feet, head(they have snouts), claws on their hands, and tails. The tails make the lizardfolk unable to use most pants(and therefore armor that includes pants). The snouts on its head means that it can't wear most masks or helmets that cover the face(may also make goggles difficult to use). The claws would cause most gloves to not fit on its hands. Finally, the feet make it impossible to wear most shoes and boots. If you take this flaw, you will need to discuss with your DM what kinds of equipment you have difficulty wearing.
Prerequisite: Unusual body parts such as horns, tail, wings, etc.
Drawback: Figure out which equipment slots your unusual body prevents you from equipping normal items. In order to use items that go in those slots, they must be custom tailored to fit you. You can either tailor them yourself, or hire someone else to do it.(How much it will cost to hire someone, or what the craft DC is to do it yourself is up to your DM)
Benefit: You get one bonus feat for every two item slots that are affected(minimum 1 bonus feat). Most creatures that have unusual bodies also have level adjust. Your DM may allow you to lower your level adjust instead of having an extra feat for having this flaw.
Normal: Characters can equip any items they come across.
Special: Here are some of the common unusual body parts and the item slot they usually correspond with:
Horns, snout: Head Snout: Eyes (hard to wear glasses when the bridge of your nose is above your eyes instead of between them) Wings, bony spikes, nonhumanoid bodily proportions: Torso/Body Claws, unusual number of fingers: Hands Tail, unusually formed legs: Legs Hooves, unusually formed feet: Feet Note: Absence of body parts should also be taken into account. For example, if you have tentacles instead of hands, you can't wear most gloves.
Now, imagine trying to clothe a dragon...
Roleplaying Ideas: The blacksmith shook his head. He had just finished an odd discussion with an elven wizard. The elf had ordered a set of fullplate with strange specifications. The helmet had to have a couple holes at the top, about a good 6 inches apart, and the armor for the legs and feet had to be strangely shaped. On top of all that, it was supposed to be big enough to fit an ogre! The blacksmith shook his head again. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say he was try'n to arm a minotaur," he thought. "Oh well. Ain't nobody can understand wizards."
