Just for kicks and giggles. Deciding to add Action Points to the Silver Arms RP.

The only change I'm doing is that you cannot stockpile Action Points by leveling up. In effect this encourages players to use their Action Points. Action Points only reset after leveling up. The amount of Action Points a character has is 5 + half of their character level, rounded down.
