Trainer Battle: Jason West the Bug Catcher

"You can't take me down you puny weakling! My Pok?mon are the best!" The kid said as he pulled out a Pok? Ball. Inside was a Caterpie.

This will be a League Battle. Roleplaying is fine and NPC interaction, the moment you 'Declare' your next action, battle will officially start.

"The best, you say?" Aran reiterated, while sizing his opponent up and down. However, given his adversary's tell-tale straw hat and hand net, it was apparent he was up against a so called Bug Trainer-an individual who, like many other kids his age, was forced out into the wilderness to fend for himself at the tender age of ten.

Was it bad parenting, Aran often wondered, or was it simply society's method of weeding out the weak? Regardless, it seemed this particular Bug Trainer managed to get by, likely with the help of that green, over-sized bug now blocking the way.

"Ah well..."

"Go Caterpie!" A few moments later the Caterpie came out, all ready top fight. However before it could act the Pok?mon was literally burnt to a crisp.

"OH MY GOD CATERPIE." The bug catcher hurried over to it with tears in his eyes. "H-how could you!?" He yelled in defiance against Aran. A second later he placed him back into his Pok? Ball.

"Okay... You did well Capillary." He said as he put away the ball and pulled out another one. In another moment he sent it out again. This time it would be a Weedle.

Trainer action: Send out Weedle.
Call out trainer's action, if nothing, just say so in spoiler/quotes. Then we'll proceed

"Stingman! Lets take our revenge and use Poison Sting!" The Weedle that he had sent out complied.

"YOU MONSTER HOW COULD YOU!" With that he recalled Stingman and released his next Pok?mon.

Bug Catcher will send out next Pok?mon Sewaddle.

"Kyuubi, that's... that's enough fun for now," the young man commented, after the second barbecue. Aran had to admit that a third barbecue sounded tempting... almost too tempting. The third time was the charm after all. However, he had other plans.

The kid just called him a "monster," and of course Aran just hated to disappoint.

"NOOOOOOO!" The Bug Catcher yelled as soon as his Pok?mon came out. Rather than stepping on it, Excalibur decided to slash Bugger into bits.

The bug catcher had tears in its eyes as he recalled back the severely wounded Pok?mon. He wiped them away as he glared at Aran with a renewed determination.

"You're going down, you mark my words!" He pulled out a Pok? Ball, and whispered silently. "It's all up to you now Clawman..."
