Iiro was never one to turn down a chance to win. He smiled and stepped up. He was gonna wiiiiiiinnnnn.  Nothing could keep down the grey-skinned lad's belief in his own greatness. "Yaaaaaaah!" He yelled and let loose with his crossbow.

Iiro looked around and chewed for a brief  moment, deciding what to do. His team mates seemed to be doing relatively okay. That was good. It meant that he help put an end to this. He grinned and raised his crossbow again. However, instead of loosing another bolt, he began casting a spell. He was in a perfect place for it. He harnessed the knowledge that he'd been building up over time, since his abilities were thrust upon him. He let loose crippling sorrow. "You will never defeat us!" Iiro shouted as loud as he could. His words were said with enough power behind the worlds, that he knew that his enemies would feel it.  He smiled a little to himself.
Iiro casts crippling sorrow for 4 rounds.

All enemies within 100 feet who can hear and understand you gain a –1 penalty on attack rolls, skill checks, and saving throws for a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier.
When the platform of hot-free ground shifted, Iiro had a moment of panic, then relief. He was still fine, but he assumed he wouldn't be for long. He made a quick decision to not move and stood his ground. A moment of joy filled him as Kin took out the skeleton, though it seemed to not make the smaller, scruffier man feel any better.

It gave Iiro hope, though. Maybe they would win after all. He grinned to himself and raised his crossbow, taking aim at the flying girl. After only taking a moment to steady his hand and breathe, he loosed an arrow at her.  Wonderful. He watched the arrow fly through the air and prayed he'd struck true

Iiro sighed and looked over everyone, trying to calm his excited nerves. They all seemed to be emotionally invested in fighting each other, which was great and all, but he mostly was here to win. He sighed again and rushed towards the center, where there seemed to be a bit of sanctuary from the heat, raising his crossbow as he did, waiting to let loose until he had more of an idea of what and whom they were up against. Typically, he was more action oriented when it came to battles, but this was good, for now. They were going to win, after all! There was no going back in his mind. He could taste victory.

A little patience might serve their team well.
Iiro moves to h8.
"Ow!" Iiro groaned and looked down. His clothes getting a bit crispy. Well. This was going to be great fun. Not really, but thus was life. He pulled his hair up simply to keep it from getting burnt on the ends, trying to think of the best plan of action. "Child-assaulter...?" They were fighting someone that hurt kids? Well, at least that made him feel less bad about the pending battle.
