Basically it's syncing between computers without the need for an external service. This has been done already in the past, a simple syncing between computers/devices, however this one takes it to the next step by making use of the BitTorrent protocol to do the file transfers, meaning, the more computers in your own network with the files, the faster the syncing will be.

I think it's a great idea, and because of the fact my place is getting filled with computers, I'm definitely going to put this on our machines.
