Not particularly giant, sitting at about 5'11 and somewhat sturdy sitting at 200 pounds, with short messy brown hair and green eyes, Ryine is more or less just your average sell-sword. He uses a Sword and Board fighting style in hopes of protecting his allies, while remaining safe himself.

As a Chaotic Good character, he follows his own code of behavoir, which at times can lead to some sticky situations. While he despises those that intimidate others, he will intimdate them right back to give them a taste of their own medicine. Social problems should be solved without violence but when given no other option he is ready and willing to fight.

Ryine is clausterphobic, which has lead to problems a few times in his life, when trapped in an enclosed space, he starts to lose his cool.

Ryine is also a rather unlucky character when it comes to gambling, or complex plans and usually anything elaborate he tries to do ends up failing.

Ryine has been working as a mercenary for a little over 6 years, now reaching 23 years of age. He has seen his fair share of trouble, but also takes on rather ordinary jobs of being a bodyguard for an important figure. In some cases he works for a discount for someone really in need due to his personality.

Ryine does not really seek too much out of life, he would just like to live in comfort, and help those in need. He will use whatever means he believes to be right at the time to get the job done, and rarely if ever regrets his actions as they further him towards being the type of person he desires to be.

Fast Movement (Ex)
A barbarian?s land speed is faster than the norm for his race by +10 feet. This benefit applies only when he is wearing no armor, light armor, or medium armor and not carrying a heavy load. Apply this bonus before modifying the barbarian?s speed because of any load carried or armor worn.

Rage (Ex)
A barbarian can fly into a rage a certain number of times per day. In a rage, a barbarian temporarily gains a +4 bonus to Strength, a +4 bonus to Constitution, and a +2 morale bonus on Will saves, but he takes a -2 penalty to Armor Class. The increase in Constitution increases the barbarian?s hit points by 2 points per level, but these hit points go away at the end of the rage when his Constitution score drops back to normal. (These extra hit points are not lost first the way temporary hit points are.) While raging, a barbarian cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except for Balance, Escape Artist, Intimidate, and Ride), the Concentration skill, or any abilities that require patience or concentration, nor can he cast spells or activate magic items that require a command word, a spell trigger (such as a wand), or spell completion (such as a scroll) to function. He can use any feat he has except Combat Expertise, item creation feats, and metamagic feats. A fit of rage lasts for a number of rounds equal to 3 + the character?s (newly improved) Constitution modifier. A barbarian may prematurely end his rage. At the end of the rage, the barbarian loses the rage modifiers and restrictions and becomes fatigued (-2 penalty to Strength, -2 penalty to Dexterity, can?t charge or run) for the duration of the current encounter
