HISTORY Dr Mad was once a respected researcher for Quantum Mechanics Labs (QML), his theories into the creation of a quantum computer were both revolutionary and slightly insane. His peers deemed him mad when he created his Quantum psionic enhancer, he sought to prove them wrong by testing it on himself. He succeeded but during the process his mind was damaged and his body soon died. His psyche however was tranferred to another quantum dimension, where he learned that his invention had been sabotaged, leading to his death, the forces of chaos granted him a reprieve opening the secrets of the universe to hiim, thus driving him completely mad. Soon after he was returned to his body, with full control of his psychic abilities, he promptly destroyed the entire facility killing over 100 people.
