There are many languages, some more spoken and some more rare. No two languages have the same alphabet.

   2. Elven (legends)

   English
The language used by most men.

   Elven
Around since the start of the elves in the 2nd era. It contains very little "thick"  pronunciations and is mostly made up of slurs, and smooth language. There are many sub-types of the Elven language.

   Orcen
The language used by the Osmer, or Orcs, in English. The Osmer language is made up of thick consonants, probably, because Orcs' tongues made it hard to pronounce vowels properly, so they just slacked off from using too many vowels.
   
   The Old Language
The oldest language that is used by the gods and its creatures. It is an uncanny language, and has many awkward sounding words.
