And just like that you lost track of him The darkness around him seemed to blur his image until it seemed he was completely gone.

[info]Player to take their turn

For rule reference, you can use a Move action to force another perception against his Stealth. I think some GMs do it differently... but for me, at the beginning of his turn, every time he moves he will have a new stealth check against your perception. Once he attacks, he will lose stealth, and will be visible, though will still have concealment. He will be able to re-initiate his stealth once his turn circles back to him.[/info]

Dan-e

"Crafty little bugger isn't he Charles!" Markus plants himself and takes aim at the black mass where the creature was last seen.

Alright, lets see if I can do this right. :) Going to spend move action to force another perception check:
[blockquote]Rolled 1d20+7 : 1 + 7, total 8[/blockquote]

If I see him (or even a general spot that could be him) then going to fire the crossbow!
attack: [blockquote]Rolled 1d20+8 : 7 + 8, total 15[/blockquote]
damage: [blockquote]Rolled 1d6 : 1, total 1[/blockquote]

Curious of the surroundings, particularly looking for sources of light... Anything in particular that stands out around in the area?

Throndir

Its in the afternoon, and the arena is filled with nothing but brown dried dirt. There were only a couple of people in the audience, though most looked bored, though at least there was more in this one than in the previous fight against the kitty. The arena itself was 115 ft. by 115ft., with the only distinguishable feature would be the 30 ft. high walls that surround it.

You were not able to see your opponent.

[info]You can change your standard action if you wish.[/info]

Dan-e

"Hmm looks like a different approach might be needed for this" Markus pulls out his cold whip and the rapier and readies for when he might next see the opponent.

Throndir

You could not spot him, though you do notice that the darkness continued to creep forward.

Throndir

You could not spot him. However you proceeded to move forward, with both of your weapons out, keeping a close eye on your surroundings.

As the darkness loomed closer, you were afraid that he would get the first strike. Suddenly, at the corner of your eye, you saw the opponent. You moved your weapons to parry him, but it wasn't quite enough as he managed to slip by your defenses and score a hit. The injury was superficial, but immediately you felt weaker.

You striked hard. With your first attack, you aimed for its neck, and though the blow connected, the opponent was still standing. He was bleeding profusely, and his dirty rags were soaked with his blood that continued to pour forth from his neck. A moment later you had stepped back, and using your whip successfully disarmed him.

Instead of retrieving its weapon, it started to attempt to attack you with its bare hands.
