On your bed there looked to be some sort of item, simply lying on it.

As you took a closer look, you realized that peering out back at you was a mask. But it was what it was made of that gave you pause. It looked as if the mask was made out of pieces of human flesh, preserved as to stay fresh. Stitches were clearly seen piecing together the mask from various pieces of flesh.
