Wolfrin Fenris

As one of the opponents began running towards their side of the field Wolfrin braced himself, wondering what trick the caster might have up his sleeves.
Then the man suddenly stopped in the middle just before the lightning field and yelled,
Quote"I hope you brought a snorkel."
Wolfrin had only a moment to be puzzled by the odd statement when the man, very loudly, passed wind.
What....in the nine hells....was that?
However even as he wondered at the insane man he was apparantly faceing, he noticed a large cloud of.....gas.... begin to coalesce around the man and spreading out over a large part of the arena, quickly thickening till he could no longer see through it.
I am not going in there!

Wondering what his next move should be, as the cloud had ruined any chance of putting an arrow in one of his opponents, he felt something brush against his right leg. At first he ignored it, Buddy would sometimes brush against him, however he then felt something sliding along his left thigh and, quite worried now, looked down to see roots wrapping his legs. A quick glance to his right showed Buddy had been similarly caught unawares.
You've got to be joking me, he thought.

Wolfrin was not familiar with the ways of wizards, and although he had some minor ability with magic himself, he had no knowledge of their tactics.
However, the one thing Wolfrin did know was that anywhere a spellcaster wanted to keep him was somewhere he did not want to be.
Looking around he realized that escape was not going to be easy. Roots had wormed their way through cracks in the floor all around them; squirming, grasping things. As he looked, he saw his female ally finally spring into action. Literally. Jumping and leaping, spinning and quick-stepping through the grasping roots as if she didn't even see them. And he realized she actually might not, as during one of her many spins he noticed she had her eyes closed!
"Madmen. I am surrounded by madmen." Madwomen? an unwanted thought nudged him.

Just then the lightning field seemed to dissapear, quickly reappearing back near their opponents starting location. "I bet that came as a shock" he joked to himself softly. Shaking his head at his terrible joke, he tried to focus, and quietly said "Lets move!" to his companion. Together, muscles straining, they attempted to free themselves from their predicament and find better positioning.

"Another blast of entangle that druid is known for!"

"This time around the opposing team aren't quite in a bad position as before though. Two of them already crossed that lightning barrier, and as luck would have the lightning looks like it's headed straight for the druid."

Eric or Nyuko to move

Nyuko Nyun

As Ardeth struck out, Nyuko was able to use the mist to his advantage, dodging the blow. She had cast some sort of spell then but Nyuko was never one so interested in magic. At that moment he caught a glimpse of small slithering creature - a snake. The catboy's instinct took hold then as he moved to strike at the creature.

Eric to move

Fellow Rabbit

Eric Whittock

In just the short time since their little escapade had come to be, it appeared these Two and Half Casters had already gained the upper hand. Nearly three-quarters of the field were now at their disposal. Eric alone had singlehandedly ensured the enemy wouldn't dare enter a full quarter of it without a very unpleasant surprise indeed. But oh, there was so much more in store for these opponents that had dubbed themselves "Jesting Jesters". For Eric, the battle had only begun. In fact, he already had the next several moves planned out in his head. If all went right - and there was no reason it shouldn't - then this battle was already won. This was a very unfortunate matchup for his foes. They had no idea what they were getting themselves into.

The wall of lightning had shifted, unfortunately striking his elf teammate who had turned out to be surprisingly helpful. A shame, it seemed, though Eric had no doubts the elf would be able to handle it and still dish out a wonderful plethora of magical bombardments upon the enemy. In any case, Eric was in no position to be able to help Uthaal anyway. The die had been cast, and now the only thing to do was to proceed with his plans. Ordinarily, the cat-boy that had chosen to dart across the field to attack his buddies would be a great target for him, but seeing as he was quite likely in a very bad place as far as avoiding attacks and even striking the enemy at a reasonable pace through the mist, Eric found that he had much more efficient targets to neutralize. Targets that were partially incapacitated and thus much easier to pelt with an onslaught of relentless swipes and crunches.

"Egg!" he cried out, having finished plotting his next move, "Your time has come! Shine brightly like Rihanna's forehead!" He had become clear in his short presence of the battle that the enemy team had concluded the egg was only there for cosmetic effect, but they were sadly mistaken. It was only partially for cosmetic effect! Eric had planned this from the beginning as well, knowing without a doubt that his apparent insanity would lull them into a false sense of security. In reality, the egg was much more terrifying then any of them could possibly have imagined.

After quite a dramatic spin-up, looking like he was the pitcher in a baseball game (although nobody could see him), Eric hurled the egg with a mighty force at the nearest entangled enemy, Wolfrin. "Rufflet, I choose you!" he yelled, watching as the egg disappeared beyond the mist he had concealed himself with. Seconds later, he heard a faint splat, which was immediately followed by a burst of light bright enough to be seen through the fog. It had happened; his eagle had arrived! That adorable little eagle! Its tiny form would be sure to get some "d'awws" and other such mushy responses, but this valiant avian was certainly no pushover. He would destroy all who dared oppose him! And there were three, it seemed, that dared oppose him. Plus that canine that resembled another monster Eric could probably fit in his pocket.

Now fully deployed and awaiting orders, the eagle couldn't be allowed to dawdle for even a second! "Rufflet!" Eric called out, "Use Fury Swipes! Follow up with Bite! Then make sure he can't retaliate!" Without missing a beat, Eric could hear as the faithful companion enacted its commands and proceeded to engage the wolf tamer in full combat.

Ollete or Uthaal to move

Burdenking

Ollete turned her head slowly towards her enemies, her eyes blank of life as her grin wider and wider in a manic glee that seemed to ooze out of her like an aura. Her head tilted oddly as she looked at her opponents over her shoulder. Then, as her pupils seemed to dilate, she began to hum a small nursery rhyme in a kind tune as she broke out in a run with her Weapon trailing behind her. Once she was close enough ,she seemed to hop up and twirl in the air, sending the blade like ribbon of a sword towards the enemy in front of the currently electrified elf.
