Ever had a shining white knight charge at you from 50 miles away? How about an over-sized Minotaur? Well, how about a mammoth? In all these cases, would it not be better to simply attempt to evade the attack rather than take it head-on?  Of course you may be put at a terrible position should you fail, but who in their right mind would brace themselves against a charging elephant head-on?

And so, as a quick change to the entire "charging" idea, the new ruling is as follows:

When charging, the target may choose to make a reflex save (DC 15 + 1/2 Charger's HD [Minimum 1]). If successful, the charge is negated; however, should the target fail their reflex save, the charge carries on as normal, but the target is flat-footed and takes a -4 modifier on all rolls in regards to that charge (ie: charging bull rush)
"A wish? Okay, genie, make me a ham sandwich."

This is still subject to debate, lol.

My own view of how Bullrush Charges should be treated is:

Charger rolls an attack roll vs his target. If hit, then they do the opposed strength check.
