idea, just keep it simple so others can add to it.

the world and how do they influence the players. Are some factions NPC only or can
a player be any of the proposed races/factions/types.
Introduction: Where do the players start out and what equipment do they carry with them if any? What is the opening scenario?

Premise: Used by players and a DM or DM's to Roleplay directly within the FWC site.
Concept: Years ago there used to be a free RPG system called WebRPG, it ran off of Java and had alot of connectivity issues, this would run in a simpler
format using newer web technologies like PHP 5 and MySQL. The concept is quite simple the entire thing would run in a browser, or it could
use a client/server model. It would also be adaptable so that any game system set of rules would be easily addable, per a plugin system.
