Flaws and Drawbacks

Incorporate Drawbacks as Flaws?

Take 1 Drawback, and earn 1 Bonus Feat. Review previously taken Flaws.

Take 2 Drawbacks, and earn 1 Bonus Feat. Review previously taken Flaws.
3 (75%)
Take 3 Drawbacks, and earn 1 Bonus Feat. Review previously taken Flaws.
1 (25%)
Get rid of Flaws, and have Drawbacks with NO Bonus Feats (actual PF rules)

Get rid of Flaws, and have Drawbacks give a number of Bonus Feats

So, we originally included Flaws because they were part of.. Unearthed Arcana? For more options for character customizations. And many of them included free feats.

However, now that we're in Pathfinder, and since it was brought up with 'Drawbacks', any way we can streamline this better? Here's a list of drawbacks:

Do you guys think this is comparable with flaws? And should PCs be granted a feat for taking a drawback?

My proposed solution right now is 2 drawbacks for a feat, or 1 of the original 'flaws' per feat. However, we'll have to review the active character's 'flaws' and potentially modify them so that they're about twice as 'bad' as a drawback.
