The nearest kobold, now next to Mimsy, was unfortunately positioned in a way that Sotu couldn't get to it quickly. However that wouldn't stop her from attempting to place herself in a prime location to run it down and decapitate it when the opportunity arose. She took off at full tilt, the fact that at least ten feet of hedges stood in her way was little deterrant as she attempted to vault over them during her sprint.

Mimsy was chasing after the kobold that ran north, and dutifully Sotu would as well. The likelihood that these beasts would abstain from further attacks on the wagon just because they had their noses bloodied was low, their lives revolved around assaulting travelers after all. She set off at a charge to catch and clobber the wretched little thing.

Seeing the kobold far out of reach and currently not able to regroup Taiga stands hands bloodied and pushes out the animosity with one solid exhale. Giving a silent prayer for them to have a peaceful existence in the next life he pivots on his heels and begins printing back to the cart. "Thank you for the spell, Sis it really saved my butt back there."

It is in the moment that he tries to climb back on the cart that he realizes how badly he was wounded as he felt his wounds squelch and his body sag like a sack of potatoes as the last of the adrenaline leaves his system.
