The kobold had just pulled out its spear which arguably was more of a threat than the obnoxious sling stones she had been pelted with earlier. "Ah. Yeah. Let's go." she affirmed flatly, then took off at a run south toward the road so she could get a clear path to charge the kobold.

"Tch." Eydis immediately responds to her brother's plea, obviously irked. "If ye all wan'ed ta get support, ye shount've chased so far." The elf grumbled under her breath in an oddly Dwarvish manner, one that any of her acquaintances from the orphanage would recognize. "Take the reigns, Taiga, I'm gonna prep my spell, just in case." Eydis tosses the reigns into her brother's hands, once more going through the motions of enchanting her crossbow, runes manifesting in the air for a few seconds before the magic seeps into the weapon. "Get as close as you can so I can line up a better shot. They're too far, and I don't want to trust luck to succeed."

She then shouts out, as loud as she can so it can be heard 300 feet away.

"YUKI! RETREAT TO MIMSY!"

With any luck, the kobold will follow her and shorten the distance more. Even if the shot itself is easy, I hate long shots. Eydis hopes to herself as she positions herself.

The kobold had managed to avoid dying by her compatriot's hand, and was sidling backwards probably hoping to position itself better. Sotu would not allow this if she could, and broke into a charge, brandishing her falchion in a vicious swing.
