Name:Diane Licia Malone
Gender:Female
Age:17
Occupation: High School student and part time mechanic
Physical Description: Coming up to five foot, ten inches, Diane is solidly built and compared to most young women her age, heavily muscled.  Her skin is naturally a little tanned from a Native American grandmother on her mother's side.  Her grey eyes are a bit widely spaced and oval shaped.  Her nose is best described as aquiline.  Her hair is dark brown and often dirty from her time spent in the garage with her grampy.
Country of Origin: United States
Approximate Origin Earth Year Calendar Date: A.D. 2017
Quirk: Diane has a habit of chewing on her bottom lip when she is considering a problem and is often seen with a tube of chapstick her mother pushes on her to protect and help heal her lip.
Hobbies: Working on autos of all types, reading books on detectives and CSI techniques.
Personality: A very direct, very blunt person by nature, Diane is quite literally the definition of blunt force trauma if you were describing her social interactions. Sadly, this personality tends to leave her angering or at least coming off as off putting to those around her.  Her mother harps on her about her interactions, but this simply stymies Diane in these conversations.
Intellectual capabilities: Diane is above average intelligence in most things, but is usually a bit more focused on trying to train her mind and by extension her perception of the world to be more detective, like her favorite fictional character, Sherlock Holmes.  The other thing her mind is particularly agile in dealing with is the mechanics of automobiles and the associated equipment.
Physical capabilities: Diane is physically strong compared to most girls her age and most of the boys.  This is due to her working with her grampy at his auto garage after school and during breaks. She also spends a great deal of time trying to teach herself some amateur detective work, although this is not coming along as well as her strength and knowledge of mechanics.  A downside to the time she spends teaching herself detective work and working with her grampy, leads her to being social awkward and a bit out of touch with her own gender to a greater extent.
Likes: A job done well and done efficiently.  Oranges, she loves them, the taste, the feel of the juice running down her fingers and chin.  A good night's sleep.
Dislikes: People who chew with their mouth open.  People taking advantage of others. Failure on her part to succeed at what she is doing.
Strengths: Believes that determination and hardwork are the keys to success.
Weaknesses: Refuses to ask for help until it's almost too late.
Biography: Born Diane Licia Malone to Joshua Malone and Flying Dove Malone, she seemed unremarkable, like any other baby at that point in life.  As she grew up she continued to be unremarkable in most every way, just another precious child wandering the world.  This changed when she learned to read and could walk and understand the world enough to help her Grampy in his garage.  From then on she seemed to display, over time of course, a knack for most things mechanical.  Once she discovered the fictional character Sherlock Holmes in grade six, she fell in love with becoming a detective, even if an amateur one.

With her two loves working almost side-by-side, she was a better mechanic in no time, albeit, only on the weekends and school breaks.  However, her life wasn't all roses and sunshine.  Socially, Diane was a bit of a loner.  She couldn't understand why anyone acted the way they did or why they bothered with doing most of the things they did together socially, other than it held some significance that she had yet to grasp.  The one thing she had in common with her female school mates is her admiration for the male form.  In her mind however, she admired it for the efficiency of the form and how it seemed streamlined for work, unlike her own body.  In fact, it was the fact that she stopped in the middle of the street to admire the shirtless form of one of her neighbors that she was hit by a car and died. Her last thought as the boy came rushing over to check on her with everyone else was, she finally got a tiny glimpse into why other girls just might like the male figure other than the way she did.
Misc:Diane is likely to enter the world in a manner hilarious to those who have read her bio.  More than likely I expect her show up in a super serious situation and start trying to sleuth her way out of it, even combat, it would just be her nature.  Honestly, she'll try to make something mechanical if she can, it's just her nature, although, I'm not sure she'll do more than steam engines, or something depending on tech level, but she is a mechanic and a detective at heart and she'll likely experiment with what she can to see what she can do.
