A resort-like place outside of time and space in which characters from other times and worlds can go for shelter, peace, or whatever other reason they may wish to visit. Run by a mysterious Elvin lady and a variety of permanent residents who moved there from their own times and worlds. Any character from any roleplay is welcome here, old or new.
